We’re hiring an Account Executive for a 50 FTE scale-up that built an AI co-pilot for smarter, revenue-driving sales.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle:

  • Close deals : From first touch to signed contract, you run the process
  • Run demos : Engage Heads of Sales, and IT stakeholders with compelling product demos
  • Manage stakeholders : Navigate multi-threaded mid-market sales cycles

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience
  • Comfortable in outbound-heavy environments
  • Commercially driven and self-sufficient
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
