Floryn is looking for an Account Manager New Business who enjoys pioneering, takes responsibility and wants to play a key role in building and scaling our German market.

As Account Manager New Business, you will be part of a small and growing German sales team. You work closely with two Country Sales Managers, Client Success Managers and Underwriters in an international setting, with more hires planned throughout 2026 as we scale our German operations.
This is a hands-on sales role where you'll be the first point of contact for new German leads. This means you will manage inbound leads (no cold calling). You'll handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from leads who need assistance, have questions about our flexible financing solution, and want to explore their financing options.
To stay close to our German client base and keep travel to our Dutch HQ smooth, we prefer candidates based in or near Köln, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Essen or The Netherlands.
This role is remote or hybrid. You work primarily from home, with occasional team days or events at our headquarters in Den Bosch, approximately once every 3–4 weeks. Travel and accommodation are fully arranged and reimbursed.
