About the role
This role is responsible for architecting and executing the commercial strategy for our customers. You will be the go‑to expert for pricing, profitability, and routing optimization within the dynamic telecommunications landscape. This is a role where you will not only master the data but also confidently present your findings in high‑stakes client negotiations. You will use data‑driven insights to influence key business decisions, protect and grow margins, and build long‑term customer value by acting as a trusted analytical partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides analytics and strategic recommendations for pricing decisions on complex accounts with a global delivery footprint
- Design, develop, and innovate profitability models to address evolving market dynamics and client needs
- Directly engage with key customers, confidently presenting and defending pricing models, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations in business reviews and negotiations
- Serve as the key analytical partner to the Sales team during major RFP bids and contract renewals, providing the data‑backed authority needed to secure favorable terms
- Proactively identify and implement sophisticated pricing and commercial strategies that drive higher sale values, improve conversion rates, and expand margin
- Conduct in‑depth sensitivity analyses on input costs and market trends, presenting actionable insights and mitigation strategies
- Data usage enhancement: identify data points that are available but not widely used which can be useful for improving account performance in operational and pricing processes
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative and the ability to multitask and complete projects timely and accurately
About you
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or a highly analytical role where you directly influenced profitability
- Experience in mobile communications (SMS) is a must
- Proven experience in a client‑facing role, with the confidence and polish to present complex data, pricing models, and recommendations directly to key customers
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Highly organized analytical thinker
- Experience in a role requiring quick and accurate decisions based on data analysis
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Tableau
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Must respect and maintain confidentiality of data
- Must submit application in English
Location & Eligibility
This position is open exclusively to candidates currently based in Munich, Stockholm, Prague, or Madrid. Applications from other locations will not be considered. Unfortunately, we are not supporting relocation outside the EU at this time.
