Responsibilities
- Be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Spanish market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.
- Grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.
- Work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.
- Have a growth mindset: learning when you don't understand, accept challenges, solutions‑oriented feedback; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive.
- Seek to support new team members as they learn about our products and processes. Share knowledge and empower peers. Liaise with cross‑functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in account management/client services roles in digital advertising with a proven ability to optimize client success and revenue growth.
- Proven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising with direct client management experience.
- High oral and written fluency in German and in English, required for direct client communication across DACH markets.
- Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership‑type role.
- Ability to influence buy‑in and build relationships with key stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of online advertising fundamentals (campaign setup, optimisation, KPIs).
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business with the ability to identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – able to think strategically, adapt quickly, and deliver results in a scaling organisation.
- Creative, outside‑the‑box thinker and strategist with a team player and collaborator mentality.
