Analyst, Business Development, Consumer Berlin

Role Overview: The AppLovin Consumer Apps team partners with subscription and consumer app businesses to drive sustainable revenue growth. This role focuses on building relationships with app developers, guiding partners on strategy and campaign optimization, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results. Onsite presence at our Berlin office is required.

What you’ll be doing

• Build, negotiate, and develop high‑impact relationships with app developers to support company growth.
• Become an expert in AppLovin solutions and recommend tailored solutions to clients.
• Guide partners on user acquisition strategy and campaign optimization using deep knowledge of the platform.
• Develop creative strategy for partners, staying current on trends and adapting insights across the portfolio.
• Create client‑specific growth strategies grounded in data; investigate performance issues and propose solutions.
• Build relationships with C‑suite stakeholders to understand vision and develop strategy.
• Identify and pursue opportunities, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and product teams to resolve partner issues and execute initiatives.

Your background and who you are

• 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development in mobile advertising, performance marketing, gaming, or related industries.
• Exceptional client‑management skills with proven success in client retention and growth.
• Data‑driven, detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and negotiation skills; passion for data and problem‑solving.
• High level of written and oral communication skills; ability to build convincing arguments from complex data.
• English required.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Highly motivated with a relentless drive to learn and grow.

• Proven experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing.
• Enjoy solving complex puzzles or riddles.
• Enjoy exploring answers to challenging questions.
• Experience interfacing with developers; background in coding or technical environments is a plus.
• Experience founding or working at a startup.
