Technical Lead – Android‑based IVI HMI Applications

Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Type: Hybrid

C1/C2 proficiency in German and English.

5–8+ years of experience in Android application development.

(Good to have) 3+ years of experience in Android Automotive IVI Application development.

(Must have) Hands‑on experience with Modern Android Development:

Jetpack Components (Android KTX, AppCompat, LiveData, Room, Paging, Data Binding, ViewModel, Jetpack Compose)

Kotlin programming language

Strong hands‑on experience with Unit/Integration testing using JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, PMD.

Knowledge of Android build systems and AOSP platform architecture.

Experience participating in at least one production program.

Understanding of responsive UI/HMI development using Android Framework.

Strong experience with software lifecycle methodologies and agile cross‑functional collaboration.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

Ability to mentor junior engineers effectively.

Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
