The Regulatory Associate, Member Documents (EOC) is a key member of the Regulatory Operations team responsible for helping develop, draft, and format core insurance policy documents, including but not limited to the Transparency in Coverage Narratives and Evidences of Coverage across Oscar's Individual Plan portfolio. The role involves working with a wide range of internal Oscar teams and independently meeting departmental and company goals, reporting to the Manager of Regulatory Operations.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Candidates who live within commutable distance to the New York City (Hudson Square) or Tempe (University Ave) offices may be expected to work from the office at least three days per week, with Thursdays as a required in‑office day for team meetings and events.
Base pay ranges are: $101,844–$133,670 per year for New York, New Jersey, and California; $91,659–$120,303 per year for all other locations. Eligible employees also receive benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
