AVIATION - Project Manager/ Business Partner Relationship Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks:

The Department deliver services to people occupying/working in the facilities, as well as the space management and maintenance of buildings & infrastructure. Within our Center of Competence for Infrastructure and Facilities we are managing all Building & Construction projects in the existing sites up to the planning and construction of new sites.

The jobholder (d/m/f) is responsible for the following tasks:

• In the role of a Project and Customer Relationship Manager the jobholder (d/m/f) will manage specific projects within the organisation of the Site Bremen. The projects will include the analysis of existing infrastructure, facilities and contracts to develop future concepts and harmonized processes (e.g. ustainibility, service level). The projects will be planned and executed in close relationship with other internal departments (Building & Construction, Maintenance, General Services, Space Management and Real Estate), other functions (production, site management, procurement) and external partners (suppliers, design offices, authorities).
