Job Role & Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Demand Generation Specialist with hands‑on experience in generating enterprise demand specifically for SAP and/or ServiceNow solutions.
This role focuses on building qualified pipeline through targeted enterprise campaigns, not just lead volume. You will work on account‑based marketing, multi‑channel campaigns, and AI‑driven optimization to drive meetings and opportunities.

- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategiesKey Responsibilities
- Enterprise Demand Generation (Core Focus)
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns for:
- SAP services / implementations / integrations
- ServiceNow solutions / workflows
- Target enterprise accounts and decision‑makers
Campaign Execution (Multi‑Channel)
- Run campaigns across:
- LinkedIn Ads (primary channel)
- Google Ads
- Email / outbound campaigns
- Drive campaigns for webinars, demos, case studies, and whitepapers
- Create messaging aligned with enterprise pain points
Pipeline & Conversion Ownership
- Generate qualified leads → meetings → pipeline
- Work with SDR/Sales teams to improve:
- Lead quality
- Conversion rates
- Focus on pipeline impact, not just CPL
AI & Optimization
- Use AI tools for:
- Ad copy and campaign messaging
- Audience targeting and segmentation
- Campaign optimization and insights
- Continuously improve performance using data
Tracking & Analytics
- Manage tracking (UTMs, pixels, CRM integration)
- Analyze metrics (CTR, CPL, SQLs, pipeline value)
- Share insights and optimize campaigns
Collaboration
- Work with content/design for enterprise‑ready assets
- Align with sales on ICP, accounts, and feedback loops
Technical background
3–5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation / Performance Marketing
Experience working in enterprise / IT services / SaaS environment
Hands‑on exposure to:
- SAP ecosystem OR ServiceNow platform (preferred)
Strong experience in:
- LinkedIn Ads (must‑have)
- ABM (Account‑Based Marketing)
- B2B funnel management
Proven ability to generate:
- Enterprise leads
- Qualified meetings
- Pipeline contribution
Strong understanding of:
- Enterprise buying cycles
- Multi‑stakeholder decision‑making
Minimum skills we look for
Must Have
- Experience in enterprise demand generation
- Ability to target and engage enterprise decision‑makers
- Strong ownership of pipeline and performance metrics
Nice to Have
- Experience in SAP / ServiceNow ecosystem
- Experience in SaaS / IT services / consulting firms
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.)
