We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join the B2B Sales team at Grover, full-time and minimum 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday) at our Berlin HQ.
As a Sales Development Representative (B2B Outbound), you will play a key role in building Grover’s new business pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across defined target segments. Reporting directly to the Team Lead B2B, you will work closely with Account Executives to convert outbound efforts into qualified sales opportunities that drive revenue growth. This is a high-impact, hunting-focused role where success is measured not just by activity, but by the quality and conversion of the pipeline you generate. You will take ownership of your outreach strategy, continuously refine messaging, and help shape a scalable outbound engine within the B2B team.
