B2B Sales Manager | Build & Grow Germany Market (Logistics)

We are looking for people who want to create more — a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing partnerships, closing deals, and driving sales growth in the German market.

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on business development and closing deals
  • Experience in negotiations with C-level stakeholders and the ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective commercial solutions
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve ambitious sales targets in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in German at B2 level or higher (English and Ukrainian will be an advantage)
  • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, delivery services, or related industries will be considered an advantage

Main Responsibilities

  • Development and maintenance of the client base in the German market
  • Searching for and attracting new B2B clients
  • Conducting negotiations and presenting company services to potential partners
  • Building and maintaining long-term business relationships
  • Achieving commercial goals and driving sales growth
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Preparing and presenting tailored commercial proposals
  • Coordinating cooperation with internal company teams
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback to management
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasting

Compensation & Bonus System

  • Fixed salary: 4,166–4,750 EUR gross per month
  • Bonus system: based on the customer lifecycle model — in the amount of 1.5% to 3% of the revenue generated during the first 6 months of cooperation with the client
