About us

We are a young aviation technology company from Braunschweig, the aerospace research capital of Lower Saxony. We are developing a new design concept for a commercial unmanned aerial system (UAS) which in addition to worldwide exceptional efficiency and performance characteristics stands out based on its highly sustainable design, reliability and versatility.

Your Responsibilities

You will be primarily responsible for the precise assembly and soldering of our HIGHDRA Power Packs.

You will ensure that all battery systems meet our strict quality and safety standards.

You will execute your tasks with a high degree of care, calmness, and precision to guarantee the reliability of our critical power systems.

You will actively participate in quality control and continuous improvement of our battery manufacturing workflows.

In addition to battery assembly, you will initially support the broader team by taking on general electromechanical assembly and production tasks as needed.

Your profile

You are a qualified electriconics technician or have prior experience in battery assembly.

You are trained in manual soldering, preferably in accordance with IPC standards.

Alternatively: You are highly motivated, manually skilled, and willing to undergo specialized training and upskilling in battery technology.

You are characterized by a highly careful, calm, and structured way of working - safety and precision are your top priorities.

You are a pragmatic team player.

You communicate effectively in English.
