Capability Development Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Capability Development Specialist to support learning, training, and workforce development initiatives across our logistics operations in Germany.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver operational training programs
• Build onboarding and upskilling frameworks
• Develop certification and talent development pathways
• Create and maintain training materials and SOPs
• Support employee engagement and team culture initiatives
• Drive best practice sharing and operational excellence
• Partner closely with warehouse and business teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience within the logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation sector
• Experience delivering operational or vocational training
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent German and English
