Client Services Manager

Our client is a globally recognised investment management firm with a strong reputation for client-centricity, innovation, and long-term investing. With a significant and growing presence across Europe, they partner with institutional investors to deliver high-quality investment solutions.

Due to continued company growth, they are seeking a German-speaking Client Service Manager to join their high-performing European Client Services team. This role will focus on managing and developing relationships with institutional clients across German-speaking markets, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Services Manager - German-Speaking

• Managing a small team of client service professionals
• Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of institutional clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Deliver end-to-end client servicing, including onboarding, reporting, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries effectively
• Support client meetings, reviews, and strategic account planning
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and align solutions accordingly

The Client Services Manager - German-Speaking will meet the following requirements

• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in client service or relationship management within asset management is essential
• Knowledge of investment products (e.g. funds, ETFs, institutional mandates)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
