ABOUT THE TEAM

To ensure the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies by effectively implementing, managing, and continuously improving compliance and IT security frameworks. The Compliance and IT Security Officer will proactively safeguard the organization’s information assets by identifying risks, promoting a culture of security awareness, ensuring regulatory alignment, and collaborating with key stakeholders to support business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

What your work will look like:

Collaborate, manage, and plan audits of the various environments and entities
Provide in‑house training on security and compliance‑relevant topics
Creation of concepts and documentation in the specialist environment
Collaborate on the CyberSecurity Strategy and prepare regular executive reports
Conduct risk and threat analysis in the compliance environment, Cloud & On‑Prem
Ensure compliance with security standards and compliance guidelines in all highly regulated environments

What you need to be successful in this role:

At least 5 years of experience in security and compliance
In‑depth knowledge of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI‑DSS)
Comprehensive knowledge of security across various platforms
Good understanding of Linux Systems
Proficient communication, documentation, and time‑management skills
Process‑oriented with analytical and critical thinking skills
