The Fleet team within Amazon Logistics (last mile delivery operations) is looking for a Cost Management Coordinator (12-month Fixed Term Contract – FTC) to support Amazon fleet programs (branded vans and short-term rentals) with cost validation, process execution, and vendor relationship management across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Own recurring and non-recurring charges for new and idle Amazon branded fleet, and costs of short-term rental fleets deployed for high-volume events.
• Ensure policy compliance, timely vendor payments, and budget utilization.
• Accelerate cost processing and drive stronger vendor relationships and engagement.
• Enhance validation accuracy and standardize workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, planning, central operations) and external providers (fleet management companies, rental suppliers).
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, lead validation calls, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support purchase order modifications, closures, and Coupa ticket resolution.
• Standardize cost templates and monitor rate card updates between suppliers and Amazon.
• Analyze deviations between actuals and planned spend, and prepare finance review inputs.
• Collaborate with FMCs and suppliers to gather updated rate cards for idle/pre‑deployment cost validation.

About The Team

The Fleet Delivery and Redeployment team belongs to the Fleet Procurement and Capacity vertical within EU Global Fleet & Products (GFP). We are responsible for the physical supply chain of all fleet programs (branded vans & cargo bikes, rentals) and aim to build a lean and unified supply chain with end‑to‑end ownership of fleet inventory.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Solid experience handling complex programs, ideally in supply chain, inventory management, or cost control.
• Experience aggregating information and communicating effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable liaising with senior leadership.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
