As an associate on the CRM marketing team, you’ll play an instrumental role in how SeatGeek communicates with its customers and clients. You’ll be experimenting with email, push, and SMS marketing programs of every flavor – lifecycle, triggered, periodic, ad‑hoc, etc. You’ll help project‑manage and deploy our retention messaging strategy at every stage, including template design and markup, QA, segmentation and campaign configuration, as well as follow‑up reporting and optimization. Whether one of our fans is a soccer fanatic or a theater enthusiast, you’ll help make sure we leverage everything at our disposal to get each fan the best possible message and guide them to an amazing live event experience.
The salary range for this role is $63,000 - $92,000 USD. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
