Job Objective: Micro Commercial Components (MCC) is a leading manufacturer of discrete semiconductors, serving global markets with high-quality products and exceptional customer support. The CSR Assistant will support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and assisting with order processing and documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service within the semiconductor industry.

What you will do

  • Assist in processing customer orders, inquiries, and returns accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer records in SAP HANA system.
  • Support CSR team in preparing quotes, invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production) to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
  • Monitor inventory status and coordinate with the logistics team for product availability.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to customer service activities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the CSR team or management.

What you will bring

  • Education Background: Completed Mittlere Reife (secondary school certificate) or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Experience: 0–1 years in customer service, administrative support, or related field (internship experience is a plus).
  • Abilities/Qualities:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to read and write in English fluently for professional communication.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and interest in the semiconductor industry.
