Customer Service & Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for order processing for selected customers and ensure smooth operations.
• You are the contact person for inventory management and all supply chain-related questions – both internally and externally.
• You prepare forecasts and coordinate reorders for packaging materials.
• You handle incoming complaints and work with the team to find quick solutions.
• You actively contribute to optimizing our processes.

Your Profile

• Initial professional experience in internal sales, supply chain, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally with SAP experience.
• You are customer-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and keep an overview even in stressful situations.
