Becoming a Customer Support Technician for capping within Massilly Services means joining a team of experts recognized for their skills, availability, and customer focus. Based in Germany and reporting to the Customer Technical Support Manager Group, you are responsible for providing assistance and technical support for our products and equipment to clients of the Massilly Group and its subsidiaries.
Executive package contract with a fixed number of days (218 days) - company car - frequent travel in Germany, Europe and occasional travel abroad, regularly requiring overnight stays in a hotel. Job training via internal mentorship.
Salary to be negotiated based on profile, annual bonus based on objectives, RTT, employee savings scheme, health insurance.
Technical education and minimum of 5 years of experience in metal packaging technical support for the Food industry, with experience in capping and/or seaming.
