Job Description

Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company‑wide analytical needs, including models supporting financial forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface both operational and financial KPIs, enabling real‑time insight into business and financial performance.

Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including Finance, Controlling, and Business Operations to align analytics with strategic and financial objectives.

Conduct in‑depth financial and operational data analysis, identifying trends, tracking deviations, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to support leadership.

Enhance decision‑making processes across the organization by transforming complex data into compelling narratives tailored to financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with direct exposure to finance, controlling, or FP&A environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, with a strong understanding of financial data modeling and semantic layer optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python, with proven capability in handling large datasets for financial analysis and reporting.
