This position can be filled either in our Munich Headquarter or in our Italian office in Milan .

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• BI & Analytics Platforms: Ensure stable and effective use of BI and analytics platforms, including user support, training, and practical enablement of analytics and AI usage.
• Standards & Governance: Define, apply, and maintain common standards for analytics, dashboards, forecasting frameworks, and AI‑supported tools in line with enterprise data governance.
• Forecasting & Planning Models: Design, maintain, and further develop Forecasting (FC) and Business Planning (BP) models used across Planning, Finance, and Sales.
• Advisory & Decision Support: Provide advisory support on BI, digital integration, forecasting methods, and AI deployment to support cross‑functional initiatives and management decisions.
• Functional Leadership & Project Support: Coordinate BI/Analytics activities across business units, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support testing and go‑live decisions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related data‑ or IT‑focused field.
• Several years of professional experience in BI, analytics, or business planning roles, covering BI platforms, data governance, forecasting models, and cross‑functional project work.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake architectures, and Tableau or Power BI.
• Business fluent English required; German proficiency required.
• Solid background in strategic thinking, data governance, cross‑functional collaboration, and forecasting methodologies.
