Employee (m/f/d) Internal sales - telephone acquisition in the automotive industry

As part of a dynamic sales team with a strong entrepreneurial and autonomous mindset, you will work with us to bring our mission to life and revolutionize the automotive aftermarket.

Through your expertise in telephone acquisition and customer care, you will make an important contribution to achieving our growth targets. You will work closely with your colleagues from Sales (Germany and Switzerland) and Customer Success. As part of your induction, you will spend one to two weeks working intensively with colleagues at our location in Switzerland or Munich.

Field of activity and area of responsibility

  • Your main tasks include the independent acquisition and support of customers via telephone - in doing so, you convince with your competent and individually tailored advice to customers from the automotive industry (workshops)
  • You take over the acquisition and initial consultation of potential new customers for our software product
  • You qualify prospects, identify sales opportunities, and proactively manage your lead and customer pipeline independently
  • Follow‑up calls to follow up on sales opportunities and closes are part of your daily routine
  • Together with your sales colleagues you are continuously in close exchange about lessons learned and together you develop sales strategies to win new customers.
  • As an experienced sales representative, you will ensure an excellent customer experience through your proactive, service‑oriented, engaging and friendly communications
  • Administrative tasks such as maintaining, updating and expanding customer data in our CRM system are a matter of course for you
  • Optional and depending on inclination and interest: Support at our monthly customer events and trainings within the scope of the organization & active content support.

Qualifications for the Position

  • After your completed commercial training (e.g. businessman / businesswoman in dialog marketing) you have already gained at least 1 year of experience in telephone sales / telesales - (cold) acquisition, new customer acquisition - of software products.
  • You are emphatic, convince with your fast and winning appearance on the phone and understand how to convince potential customers with your consulting competence.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German, can express yourself very well and can also prepare and explain technical content in a way that is understandable to the target group.
  • You are not afraid to realize a high number of customer contacts every day with a lot of diligence and you enjoy (cold) acquisition and customer acquisition.
  • A secure handling of PC and MS Office tools complete your profile.
