Employee (m/f/d) Telephone Internal Sales & Customer Success Management

As part of a small sales and customer success management team with a strong entrepreneurial and autonomous mindset, you will work to bring our mission to life and revolutionize the automotive aftermarket together with us. Through your expertise in telephone customer support, you will make an important contribution to achieving our growth targets.

Field of activity and area of responsibility

  • Independent support of interested customers via telephone – convincingly advising automotive industry customers (workshops).
  • Preparation and execution of trainings with potential new customers to present all functions of the auteon portal and to inspire them.
  • Intensive support of new customers during the ten‑day introductory phase, regular telephone contact, clarification of questions, problem solving.
  • Introductory phase leading to the conclusion of a license, by successfully convincing the customer of auteon and its added value (especially the significant time and cost savings).
  • Work closely with the sales team to jointly grow the customer base.
  • First point of contact for customers with telephone and written questions or problem reports.
  • Regularly contacting customers to obtain feedback in order to constantly improve our product and design it according to the wishes of the workshop.
  • Close interaction with the development team to resolve issues, as well as implement customer feedback.
  • Mainly responsible for winning back customers who have quit.

Your Qualifications For The Position

  • After completing your training, you have already gained sound experience in telephone customer support and new customer acquisition – preferably in the area of software.
  • You are emphatic, have a high understanding of problem solving and convince with your fast and winning appearance on the phone.
  • You understand how to convince potential customers with your consulting competence.
  • You are not afraid to realize a high number of customer contacts every day with a lot of diligence and you enjoy interacting with customers.
  • You are fluent in German, can express yourself very well and can also prepare and explain technical content in a way that is understandable to the target group.
