EU Digitally Led Distribution Sales Manager

The EU Digitally Led Distribution Sales Manager will play a key role in executing the EU distribution sales strategy by managing and strengthening relationships with key distribution partners. The position will focus on driving sales growth within the established European distributor network, optimizing distributor service levels, and identifying new opportunities to expand market share. The candidate is expected to collaborate cross-functionally within the organization while ensuring operational efficiency, implementing performance metrics, and supporting the adoption of new technologies. The role requires a results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail, contributing to achieving shared organizational goals.

Your Contribution

  • Execute Distribution Strategy: Implement the EU distribution sales strategy, aligning with company objectives to drive market growth and optimize partner performance.
  • Build and Manage Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with distributors by integrating digital tools, enhancing their sales capabilities, and driving collaborative success.
  • Analyze and Optimize Performance: Monitor distribution performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize SLAs, and address operational challenges efficiently.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Align marketing and promotional strategies to enhance distributor brand visibility, product uptake, and market presence.
  • Collaborate and Drive Insights: Work cross-functionally within the organization to develop actionable insights, support partner training, and adopt innovative distribution technologies.

Your Skills

  • 5–8+ years of experience in distribution sales, channel management, or account management within a multinational organization, preferably in consumer electronics, IT, or technology sectors.
  • Proven experience executing regional distribution strategies and delivering measurable sales growth across European markets.
  • Strong understanding of European distributor ecosystems, including broadline and value-added distribution models.
  • Demonstrated experience driving digital enablement within partner networks, including the use of CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, digital sales tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, performance KPIs, forecasting reports, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and product teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages considered an advantage.
