Mission

As an Event Producer working for the Amazon Prime Video Account, you will be responsible for creating and executing impactful, culture-driven experiences that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. You will transform strategic insights and client objectives into innovative event concepts and seamless productions across live, hybrid, and social-first environments. Working closely with strategy, account, creative, and production teams, you will deliver high-quality experiences that are culturally relevant, operationally flawless, and designed to drive engagement, brand impact, and audience connection.

Responsibilities

• Independently create project planning.
• Monitor the project budget and make decisions appropriate for the budget.
• Compose the best possible team for each shoot day, both payroll and freelance.
• Ensure the production is executed in a timely and smooth manner (e.g., by attending shoot days).
• Continuously check on project progress (both timing and budget) and communicate internally and externally about this progress.
• Check the quality of produced content and ensure it aligns with the creative concept.
• Build up your knowledge regarding technical skills, latest trends, and features.
• Simultaneously manage and coordinate multiple projects.
• Continuously improve the project by implementing previous learnings and developing new ways to further enhance it.
• Give guidance to interns and juniors regarding day-to-day tasks.

• Independently execute all aspects concerning a profitable production to achieve clients’ goals by producing impactful content.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or live brand activations, preferably within an agency or creative environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple productions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working closely with clients, suppliers, talent, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
• Good understanding of social, cultural, and experiential trends to help create engaging brand experiences.

Experience

• Proven experience supporting or delivering events, brand activations, or experiential campaigns from planning to execution.
• Experience managing timelines, production logistics, suppliers, and budgets.
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams within creative, marketing, or production environments is a plus.

Languages

• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
