These tasks interest you

• You take the pressure off the executive team by assisting with administrative and organizational tasks.
• Careful and reliable management of projects and documents is one of your strengths!
• Like a rock, you are directly responsible for the scheduling and travel planning for the executive team.
• You create structured and prioritized agendas and use them to guide executive meetings in a goal-oriented manner.

That makes you stand out

• You have successfully completed a training program/degree or a comparable educational path, preferably in the business field .
• High-level performance is nothing new to you, as you ideally have several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• You have excellent organizational skills and stand out for your ability to work independently and your hands-on approach .
• Even in challenging situations, you remain resilient and demonstrate open, respectful communication .
• Keeping the big picture in mind and always thinking one step ahead come naturally to you.
• You are open to new ideas, enjoy thinking outside the box , and impress with your proactivity.
• You have very good German and English skills (minimum C1 level) for clear and confident communication within the company and with external partners.

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 55,000 – 75,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
