Your tasks with us:

• Compliance with and ensuring the prescribed acceptance, maintenance and inspection dates for technical systems
• Preparation and handover of rental space

• Professional experience in facility management
• sound experience and knowledge in the field of building services / TGA
• Skilled craftsmanship
• Willingness to perform and ability to work in a team
