Subject Areas of Expertise

• Artificial Intelligence (AI): Implementation, Ethics, and Business Applications.
• Human Resource Management (HRM): Strategic HRM and Digital Transformation.
• Project Management: Agile, Hybrid, and International Frameworks.
• Sports Management: Global Markets and Institutional Governance.
• Data Analytics: Business Intelligence and Data-Driven Decision Making.
• Digital Business: E-Commerce, Strategy, and Emerging Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Lead lectures at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, fostering an environment of academic inquiry.
• Content Development: Design teaching materials that align with established curriculum requirements and current industry standards.
• Applied Learning: Facilitate interactive learning experiences that encourage the practical application of theoretical concepts.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through diverse assessment methods and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold institutional academic standards and comply with all regulatory and internal policies.
• Digital Integration: Effectively utilize institutional learning management systems (e.g., Moodle) to support blended learning delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Academic Background: A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is required; a PhD is highly desirable. We welcome applications from PhD candidates (ABD).
• Teaching Record: Proven experience in higher education or high-level professional training environments.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge in the specified field with a demonstrated ability to link academic theory to professional practice.
• Competencies: Excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to engage diverse, international student cohorts.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with digital teaching tools and modern pedagogical approaches.
