Overview

In the Software Department, you will shape robotic solutions that redefine human‑machine collaboration. Working with cutting‑edge technology, you will develop solutions, set new trends, and drive innovations forward. You will collaborate across disciplines, using Scrum processes such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and reviews, ensuring flexible and efficient delivery of software that is technically advanced and practically effective.

Responsibilities

Safety Concepts: Develop and implement functional safety concepts across system, software, and hardware levels.
Risk Analysis: Lead Hazard and Risk Analysis (HARA), FMEA, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) tailored to robotics.
Requirements & V&V: Define traceable safety requirements and support validation, testing, and certification audits.
Collaboration: Work with architects and certification teams to ensure compliance with ISO 13849 and ISO 61508.
Innovation: Proactively adapt safety processes for emerging, autonomous robotic technologies.

Qualifications

Background: Degree in Robotics, Systems Engineering, CS, or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years experience.
Expertise: Strong understanding of robotics safety standards (ISO 13849, ISO 10218) and safety lifecycles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in safety analysis techniques and management tools (e.g., Medini, Polarion, JIRA).
Plus: Knowledge of SOTIF (ISO 21448) and perception functions for autonomous systems is highly valued.
Communication: Ability to convey complex safety concepts effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
