Future Talent - Services Sales Specialist

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2026 at our site in Hochheim. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Hochheim, Germany .

What You Will Do

• Learn how to manage customer relationships from a services perspective
• Understand the customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis
• Learning about account management. Create, implement, and follow up quality and account plans in line with customer and Account teams
• Learn how to identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposals, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts
• Understand internal interfaces of a global company
• Learn how to support resolution of technical issues and issue management, especially for communication with customers
• Be an integrated member of the services sales team

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s Degree in field of Engineering, Business administration or equivalent (Graduated )
• It is possible that you have experience working in the food industry or other technical area
• You are fluent in English and German, written and spoken
• You have good communication skills, written and spoken
• You are a dynamic person able to build successful relations with stakeholders from different cultures
• You have analytical skills but also business oriented
• Previous international studies/experience are considered an advantage
