German Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Lisbon

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international digital services company based in Lisbon.

This is a full-time, on-site position within a multicultural and fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries and account-related questions
• Maintain high-quality service standards
• Document cases accurately

Requirements

• Native or C1/C2 German
• B2 English minimum
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Availability for rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday)
• Already located in Lisbon OR able to relocate independently
