What you’ll be doing

  • Booking outbound meetings through cold calling.
  • Generating outbound meetings through a multi‑channel approach of emails, social selling, networking, and independent research.
  • Establishing genuine relationships with key stakeholders across the business and externally with our clients.
  • Engaging with a range of prospects, including C‑suite/Directors, from a variety of organisations ranging from Blue Chip to the Public Sector.
  • Leading discovery conversations with prospects on behalf of our clients to uncover challenges and understand digital roadmaps for the coming year.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German & English.
  • Articulate, with strong written & verbal communication skills and a talent for building rapport and accelerating relationships.
  • Desire to work with many stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, managers, or prospects.
  • Interest or affinity with the Tech industry.
  • Positive, can‑do mindset.
  • Flexibility to thrive in a scale‑up, high‑growth environment where things constantly evolve.
  • Accountability for your actions and input on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Appreciation for the value of solid relationships with colleagues.
