Global Management Trainee – Energy Storage Solutions (f/m/d) at Eternalplanet. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in technical support, customer service, and international business development for our cutting-edge residential energy storage solutions. Program details

• 2/3 years of intensive on-the-job training at our headquarters in China


• Followed by strategic overseas assignments in our global offices

Your Training Journey - Phase 1: HQ Rotation

• Master your technical knowledge in residential energy storage systems (battery packs, inverters, energy management software)


• Support international clients by assisting technical teams in problem-solving


• Develop market-specific sales tools and competitive analysis reports


• Provide pre- and post-sales technical consultation to overseas distributors


• Work on cross-departmental projects to expand global market reach

Your Training Journey - Phase 2: Overseas Subsidiary Assignment

• Deliver on-site and remote technical support to key clients


• Lead customer training workshops and product demonstrations


• Strengthen distributor technical capabilities


• Identify new market opportunities through trend and data analysis


• Collaborate with local sales teams on competitive bidding strategies


• Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery

Competencies

• Proactive, results-driven with a pragmatic mindset and strong sense of urgency.


• Hands-on approach, down-to-earth mentality, and ability to work autonomously under pressure.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels, including executive management in an international environment.

Languages

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline


• Passion for renewable energy and sustainable technology


• Up to 2 years of professional experience (including Working Student/Internship experience)
