In this role you will strengthen our hospital business by enhancing sales capabilities, driving impactful commercial strategies and supporting our markets to deliver sustainable growth and winning tender outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the global Hospital commercial team (key countries and BD representatives)
  • Advance the commercial toolbox/methodologies for high commercial performance
  • Consult and support country organizations in adapting global sales tools and processes (e.g. CRM, Tender Management, Mission Infection Prevention)
  • Execute established sales training programs and capability-building initiatives for sales across markets
  • Coordinate global sustainability input for countries for tenders and work closely with pricing and Risk Prevention Product Marketing for winning tender submissions
  • Track CGB KPI'S and standardize with global Commercial Excellence team tools across countries/clusters and BD's to track commercial excellence initiatives progress
  • Drive cross-functional alignment within the Business Division Risk Prevention, particularly across the Inpatient business

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Business, Health Economics and/or Administration is desired but not mandatory as many sales experts are self-taught.
  • Passionate sales professional with a proven track record in the Hospital sector
  • Strong analytical skills with solid knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales methodologies (e.g. Sandler, Challenger Selling)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a matrix organization
  • Willingness to travel within the EU
  • Fluent in English; additional European language skills are a plus
