Internship People Development & Learning (f/m/d)

We are looking for a People Development & Learning Intern (f/m/d) for a six ‑ month professional internship at our Bergheim location. In this role, you will support initiatives related to employee learning, leadership development, and talent management.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing learning materials, presentations, and training documentation
• Assist in the development and rollout of employee development programs
• Support talent review processes and succession planning activities and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the People Development team
• Contribute and co-lead the internal intern network with regular engagement and learning initiatives

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Strong interest in learning & development, talent management, and organizational growth and good organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with basic data handling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic understanding or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their potential application in learning, training, or HR processes is considered an advantage

This position pays a gross monthly salary of EUR 1.949.22 on a full-time basis, taking into account the collective agreement for the metal industry.
