IT Administrator / IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

at the Gera location

The DMS Group—Germany’s largest energy service provider for the energy industry—is looking for you to join its team at its location in the center of Gera, in new, modern, and attractive facilities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues
• Setting up new hardware and software
• Independently developing proposed solutions
• Planning and executing rollouts and migrations in Windows environments
• Providing technical services across the entire infrastructure
• Reporting on paths, times, and process flows
• Optimizing existing analysis techniques
• Creating documentation

What you should bring to the table:

• Completed training in the IT field or relevant continuing education
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2022–2025, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, basic knowledge of Linux and Visual Basic .NET
• Very good knowledge of MS SQL (T-SQL, SP)
• Experience with backup, data storage, and virtualization environments such as VMware
• Basic knowledge of telephone systems
• Proficiency with FTP, SSH, Telnet, and SFTP
• High level of commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical thinking, willingness to travel, and flexibility
