About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior IT professional looking to grow into a System Administrator role.

You will support the internal IT infrastructure, working across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and on-premise systems, while gaining exposure to cloud, networking, and virtualization (VMware).

You’ll work closely with experienced administrators and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.

What You’ll Do

• Support the administration of Microsoft-based infrastructure (Microsoft 365 environment)
• Assist with on-premise systems (Active Directory, Windows Server)
• Contribute to cloud topics (Teams, SharePoint, M365 services)
• Gain exposure to networking and virtualization (VMware)
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in daily operations
• Support IT projects and system improvements
• Take ownership of tasks as your experience grows

What We’re Looking For

• First practical experience in IT (internships, working student roles, or junior positions)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, AD, Microsoft 365)
• Interest in cloud, infrastructure, and system administration
• Structured, hands‑on, and team-oriented mindset
• German C1 and basic English skills (B1) required
