IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

• Initiating and managing IT projects in collaboration with business departments and external stakeholders
• Prioritization, planning, oversight, and operational project management—from schedule and resource management through to successful rollout
• Design and presentation of project proposals for harmonization and digitalization
• Development of tailored solutions for new challenges and corresponding coordination with relevant decision-makers
• Helping shape our global strategy for Microsoft-based technologies in interdisciplinary teams
• Primary point of contact for projects, as well as coordination and communication with national and international business departments

• A successfully completed degree in economics, computer science, or alternatively, technical training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of IT project management experience with a focus on transformation projects in the IT environment (on-premises and cloud)
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies and a willingness to continuously develop this expertise
• Confident, professional demeanor combined with strong communication skills
• Independent and reliable work ethic
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, along with a structured approach to efficient project planning and execution, and the ability to manage projects independently and with a clear focus on goals
• Excellent written and spoken German (at least C2 level) and excellent written and spoken English (at least C1 level)
