Organizational support of the department, division and team management
General administration (e.g. competence matrix, know-how transfer etc.)
Department controlling and monitoring of SAP data (network management and time allocation)
Creation and coordination of employees (m/f/d) in the area of deployment and workload planning as well as team planning
Instruction of new employees (m/f/d)
Creation and coordination of quantity structures and tender specifications
Point of contact and monitoring of external service providers internally and externally

Successfully completed studies in economics or industrial engineering or completed commercial vocational training with a technical background
Several years of professional experience in the desired environment
Experience in the fields of engineering, controlling and consulting desirable
Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project applications as well as SAP
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Structured way of working, excellent time management, organizational and coordination skills
