Credit Analyst (m/f/d)

As a Credit Analyst, you take ownership of core parts of our underwriting and portfolio processes (B2B and B2C). You are responsible for making and improving credit decisions, actively shaping how we scale our risk operations, and ensuring that our risk framework evolves as volumes grow rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Own and perform credit underwriting for end customers (B2C) and installer/partner companies (B2B)
• Review financial documents, application data, and risk indicators within defined underwriting rules
• Make credit decisions within clearly defined approval limits
• Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and underwriting guidelines
• Identify and escalate anomalies, risk signals, or potential fraud cases
• Support the continuous improvement of underwriting and operational processes
• Maintain and improve data quality in risk-relevant systems
• Work closely with the Risk team to ensure stable daily operations

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Credit Risk, Underwriting, or Lending Operations
• Strong experience in both B2B underwriting (B2C is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with financial data and structured decision-making
• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility in execution
• Reliable, structured, and disciplined working style
• Strong Excel skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• English (minimum C1 level); fluent German is a plus
