(Junior) Jira & Process Coordinator

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing administrative support to various departments in the implementation of projects in Jira Cloud
• Systematically recording internal requests and forwarding and tracking the relevant tickets
• Implementing requirements and process descriptions in Jira Cloud
• Independently creating and structuring workflows, automations and ticket structures
• Coordinating and tracking internal tasks, requests and work packages in Jira Cloud

YOUR PROFILE:

• A degree in business, business informatics, project management or a comparable qualification (e.g. in a commercial or IT context)
• Initial professional experience and a basic understanding of Jira or similar tools
• Very good German and good English language skills
• A solution-oriented mindset, proactivity and a keen interest in learning about automation tools and processes
• An independent and structured approach to work
