Your mission

• Monitor alerts and dashboards and support in identifying unusual behavior
• Assist in coordinating with Tech, Trading, partners, and customer technical contacts
• Learn how to execute manual trades safely within predefined rules (when automation is limited)
• Create and update incident tickets and help document actions and outcomes
• Support the improvement of playbooks, workflows, and documentationContribute operational insights to help Trading, Product, and Tech improve systems
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation after onboarding, with clear guidance and support

Your profile

• First experience in fast‑paced, structured environments such as Technical Operations, Control Room Ops, Incident Management, IT/Support, Energy Operations, or other process‑driven roles (internships and working student experience welcome)
• Enjoy analytical thinking and can interpret system data and patterns with guidance
• Stay calm, structured, and solution‑oriented when things get busy
• Comfortable using dashboards or monitoring tools and excited to learn more (Grafana knowledge is a plus, not required)
• Communicate clearly—especially when coordinating with technical contacts
• Work precisely, follow rules reliably, and document steps cleanly
• Eager to learn about energy markets, automated strategies, asset behavior, and grid fundamentals
• Speak German and English at C1 level and open to participating in a guided on‑call rotation once trained
• Curious, proactive, and excited to grow in one of the fastest‑moving areas of the energy industry
