IP Innovative Power GmbH is a leading player in the renewable energy sector, specializing in electricity sales for residential and commercial tenants in real estate assets. Our mission is to provide innovative and sustainable energy solutions, ensuring both cost savings and environmental benefits for tenants and property owners alike. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Junior Sales Representative to help drive our growth in the Mieterstrom and electricity markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition: Engage with the target potential customers, including property owners, housing associations, and tenants and promote our electricity supply services.
  • Sales Process Management: Support the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Customer Consultation: Educate clients on the benefits of Mieterstrom and renewable electricity options, addressing their questions and concerns. Attend on-site meetings throughout Germany, if required.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing sales presentations, offers, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, legal, and finance departments, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain data, follow up with clients, and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Renewable Energy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the energy, real estate, or sustainability sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results‑driven, adaptable, and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiastic to work in a dynamic and changing workplace. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • German C1 or native and fluent in English.
