As a Field Customer Application Specialist for the Wyatt Technology instruments (Key Light Scattering & Characterization Instruments), you will support customers across a wide variety of lab‑based scientific business sectors. The role is diverse and interesting, with no two days the same. With Waters being a global organization, there are endless opportunities for you to learn, grow and develop.

Responsibilities

  • Install and qualify Wyatt Technology systems, provide training and advise customers during installation.
  • Technical and application consulting for customers during the pre‑sales phase.
  • Perform test measurements and demonstrations using Wyatt instruments during the pre‑sales phase. Prepare reports and present the results.
  • Visit customers to understand their needs and challenges, and then develop customer‑focused solutions that add value and optimize their operations.
  • Build strong rapport and trusted advisor partnerships with our customer base to provide suitable advice and support on Wyatt Technology products and services – always looking for potential opportunities for how Wyatt instruments can further advance their laboratory operations.
