We are seeking a Medical Marketing Manager (f/m/d) for the DACH region to build and lead our medical marketing capabilities from the ground up. This is a newly created role in a fast‑scaling organization, offering a unique opportunity to shape how we engage with healthcare professionals across DACH. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will operate at the intersection of science and commercial strategy, with high visibility and direct impact on business growth. You will be responsible for developing HCP engagement strategies, establishing and steering the medical field force in Germany, and strengthening our presence in Austria, including Rx‑related activities.
The role requires a rare combination of scientific credibility, marketing expertise, and entrepreneurial drive to build structures, define standards, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
This role is based in a hybrid working model in Mannheim. While we regularly come together in the office to collaborate, there is no minimum on‑site requirement.
