About the role

We’re looking for ML & Intelligent Automation Engineers to design, build, and ship machine learning and intelligent automation solutions that create real value for our customers. You’ll work in tandem with product teams as their technical implementation counterpart, turning ideas and product requirements into reliable features running in production as part of our product offering.

This role is open to candidates at multiple levels of seniority. Whether you’re building momentum as a developing engineer or arriving with deep delivery experience, we’re interested in talking to you: what matters is the drive to ship, learn, and raise the bar.

What you’ll do

• Design and build ML models, pipelines, and intelligent automation solutions, taking ML features from prototype through to production.
• Write clean, tested, production‑grade code that colleagues can maintain and build on.
• Build safe and reliable AI systems with observability, measurability, and reliability at their core.
• Identify repetitive workflows and build automation scripts that save time.
• Work closely with the Tech Lead, Product Managers, and Product Engineering teams to understand requirements, scope solutions, and build and ship solutions as part of products.
• Participate in code reviews, share knowledge with the team, and continuously improve how we build.

What you bring

• Python proficiency: You write high‑quality, maintainable Python code. You’re comfortable in a production codebase, not just notebooks.
• ML fundamentals: You understand core ML concepts and tooling and have hands‑on experience building and evaluating models and shipping them to production.
• Delivery mindset: You care about getting things shipped. You know a working solution in production is more valuable than a perfect one in development.
• Automation instinct: You spot repetitive processes and are always looking for ways to streamline workflows.
• Curiosity: You’re always looking out for new technical developments and are eager to learn.

We’re hiring across seniority levels (Junior, Mid and Senior Engineers).
