Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking players through live chat, email, and phone support


• Help customers with questions regarding their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical difficulties


• Troubleshoot issues swiftly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction


• accurately log customer interactions and provide feedback to improve services


• Partner with internal teams to enhance the overall gaming experience for our players


• Stay abreast of product knowledge and industry developments

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous


• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming sector or a similar field


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Capacity to work effectively in a busy and dynamic environment


• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset


• Experience with customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting
