Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proactively identify and capitalize on cross‑selling opportunities to grow the customer's portfolio
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall branch's performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the branch

Requirements

• Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Proficient in using various banking systems and tools
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
