LeaseTeq is an innovative FinTech company with Swiss roots and an international team of 40+ experts. Our software revolutionizes auto financing for car manufacturers, dealers, mobility platforms, and banks. Thanks to our solution, customers can complete financing applications in just 15 minutes – eliminating long waiting times and the cumbersome sending of documents.

We are looking for a Team Assistant Operations - Terminierung & Koordination (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Bearbeitung von Leasing- und Finanzierungsanträgen – from reviewing documents to preparing the final contract activation
  • Begleitung von Kunden durch den digitalen Antragsprozess – supporting customers with questions and documenting cases in CRM
  • Prüfung der Unterlagen und Bonitätsinformationen — checking for completeness and plausibility
  • Koordination mit externen Partnern (e.g., Schufa, banks, leasing companies) for smooth contract processing
  • Kundenbetreuung entlang des gesamten Leasing-Lebenszyklus – from application to vehicle delivery, contract changes, and termination or damage reporting in coordination with our leasing partners
  • Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen und Tickets – independently solving inquiries and communicating with customers until clarification
  • Allgemeine Backoffice- und administrative Aufgaben to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Passion for new financial technologies, cars, and customer service
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung or comparable qualification with experience in operations or customer service
  • Experience in auto financing or leasing and understanding of the associated processes is an advantage
  • High Kundenfokus and excellent Kommunikationsfähigkeiten , particularly in direct customer contact
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen and solution-oriented approach, combined with a strong process understanding
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit digitalen Tools and a quick grasp of new systems
  • At least C1 language level in German and English
  • Optional: experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or Slack
